Terms of Use

By installing or using the Crypto Masternode Monitor application (“the application”), you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the application.

1. Purpose

Crypto Masternode Monitor is a mobile app for information and monitoring of masternodes on the blockchain networks it supports (the list is shown in the app, under Settings → Networks, and may grow with each release). It displays the status of nodes you choose to follow and can notify you of their state changes.

The application is a read-only tool. It manages no funds, holds no wallet, executes no transaction and cannot control a masternode.

2. Free of charge and no account

The application is provided free of charge, with no in-app purchase, no advertising and no account creation.

3. Expected use

You agree to use the application in accordance with the law and not to:

You are responsible for the endpoints you configure and for the access credentials you enter into them.

4. Security — private keys

The application never asks for, stores or displays the private key of a masternode. Never enter a private key into any field of the application; it is designed to reject it. You remain solely responsible for the confidentiality of your private keys, which have no place in this monitoring tool.

Any RPC access credentials you provide are stored in your device's secure vault (Android Keystore / iOS Keychain). Their security also depends on that of your device (screen lock, absence of compromise).

You can export and restore your nodes and settings via a backup file: you are responsible for its storage and sharing. This file never contains your RPC passwords (see the Privacy policy).

5. Data accuracy and no warranty

The information shown comes from third-party APIs (explorers and nodes of the blockchain networks) over which the publisher has no control. It may be unavailable, delayed, incomplete or wrong.

The application is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind as to its accuracy, availability or fitness for a particular purpose. In particular:

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the publisher cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damage (in particular loss of reward, network penalty, or a decision made in reliance on displayed data) resulting from the use or inability to use the application.

7. Intellectual property

The application and its original content are protected. The names of the supported blockchain networks and the associated trademarks belong to their respective owners; the application is neither affiliated with nor endorsed by those projects.

8. Privacy

Data processing is described in the Privacy policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.

9. Availability and changes

The publisher may modify, suspend or discontinue the application, or any part of its features, in particular if a third-party API disappears.

10. Changes to these terms

These terms may be amended. The applicable version is the one in force at the time you use the application; the update date appears at the top of the document.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by France law. Any dispute falls under the competent courts of France, subject to the mandatory provisions protecting consumers.
